dunkin-donuts I just got back from my wedding up in Maine yesterday. Great times! :) Coming home I noticed my internet was not working. I couldn’t fix the problem so I had to go out to look for a free wifi spot. I am not that familiar with working outside of my house so I assumed I would just head to Starbucks. I asked the baristas about the wifi and they said it cost $5 an hour, you had to use one of their special cards, and then try to signup online with AT&T. They specifically told me to skip Starbucks and go directly to Dunkin Donuts because they have free wifi! Haha!!! Thanks for the tip!
So this lead me to understand that Dunkin Donuts actually runs on a freemium model. They give you basic free internet service and if you are hungry you can upgrade to get some premium food. I am wondering why Starbucks isn’t running on this model? :)
